How much does it cost to convert or process a file into another format?

It depends on the input file and the required output file. We normally ask our clients to send us the files to be processed and their instructions and requirements. We send our quotation back to the client for approval before we start the process.

How long does it take to complete a project?

For a Bank Statement in PDF format (20 pages) that needs to be converted into CSV and OFX format, we usually requires 24 to 48 hours to complete the project. The conversion includes stringent quality checking and ensuring that the CSV file will load correctly into an accounting software. 

The completion details will also be included in the quotation sent to the client for approval.

How do you handle data privacy?

Files sent to us are stored on a secured web-based storage. Only employees with enough clearance could access the files for processing. Files are sent to the client via a DropBox link or Google Drive link that expires after a few days. The processed files are deleted/shredded after a few days along with the original files from the client. We do not keep client's file longer than 30 days.
